I never get limescale – my fool proof method uses just two items but people say I make too much effort

A CLEVER woman has revealed her genius trick to preventing limescale from ever appearing in the bathroom, but people complained “nobody has time” to do it.

Cherise, who goes by the username miss_cherise on TikTok, shared a 30-second clip of how she manages to maintain her shiny tiles and glass panes in her bathroom with just a window wiper and a towel.

As she panned the camera around the room, she first told her followers, “So whenever someone walks into my apartment, they’re like, ‘Oh my god, your bathroom is so shiny!'”

With wet hair and only wearing a white towel, the cleaning talent then stepped in front of the camera after having just showered.

Cherise could be seen using a small towel to wipe the gray-blue tiles around the room, demonstrating part of her routine.

“And that’s because I literally dry my bathtub after every shower,” she continued.

As she went through the two-step process, she explained, “I use the window squeegee thing first, and then I towel dry it — the tiles, the silver dots, and the glass pane.”

She used a window wiper on both the glass and the tiles, then went inside to dry everything carefully with her towel.

“Because honey, what’s limescale?” She continued before boasting, “There’s no limescale in this house. And obviously it looks damn good!”

“If there isn’t a water stain on the lime, it stays shiny forever and I love it.” [sic] Added Cherise.

At the end she showed her shower again, which showed no stains, streaks or limescale anywhere.

In the comments, some people were all for their method, stating that they grew up doing the exact same thing.

“Yessssss, we grew up being forced to wipe up for the next person in my house. Best habit to pick up,” one explained.

“Yes, best thing to do!” another rang, as a third shared: “I’m the same and we have the exact same bathroom lol!”

While a fourth said: “I DO THIS AND MY FAMILY SAYS I AM EXCESSIVE AND I WANT ME TO SAVE MONEY AND TAKE CARE OF THINGS IS NOT HARD.” [sic]

But others weren’t so supportive of their post-shower routine, complaining that it took so long and they ended up sweating again.

“No one has time for that,” said one person with a cry-before-laugh emoji.

Another said: “I would start sweating again if I did that,” to which Cherise replied with a laugh.

A third declared: “I’m trying this but it’s so long lol”, while a fourth chimed in: “This is long”.

One person then complained: “Love it too!!! But I think living with a man makes that impossible! He showers every morning.” [sic]

While another argued: “It’s because you have a newly fitted bathroom lol try this on something that is over 15 years old it’s the surface that is scratched and stained by then”. [sic]
