While Shein swimsuits are often praised for their flirty designs, they’re also criticized for their lack of coverage and skin-tight style—not ideal for lounging by the water with your in-laws.

To show how she felt about the mishap, Elle-Kaye sang along to lyrics from Olivia Rodrigo’s song “Traitor,” which said, “God, I wish you had thought this through beforehand.”

In the caption, the girl’s mother said that things were even more unpleasant than one could imagine because of the person she would be surrounded by: “The worst thing is that he has five brothers.”

Elle-Kaye isn’t the only one in this predicament, as TikToker Kayla Djukic (@kayladjukic) said she had difficulty packing for her vacation.

Her swimsuit collection was perfect for a day at the beach with her husband, but not when his parents were there.
