A WOMAN has revealed how she worked online as a digital nomad from Bali, Thailand and Dubai, making “US$22,000 (£18,250.54) a month”.
Claudia Wooham, 29, works in marketing and creates content for her clients while logging into her business from anywhere in the world.
In a series of videos posted to TikTok, Claudia, known as Claudiawoodham_, revealed what a normal day looks like for her work in Bali.
She said: “First I went for a sunrise walk on the beach and had a coffee at my favorite spot.
” [Then we] drove through the rice fields and then went to the co-working space and worked a little next to my coconut.
“I went for a quick swim before my client called, then had the most amazing avocado shake at my favorite coffee shop.”
She then ended her day at a sushi bar watching the sunset.
In a series of other videos, Claudia has revealed more about her digital nomadic life in Bali, which often includes morning coffee on the beach, meeting friends and doing her hair in the salon.
Claudia has over 10,000 followers on TikTok – many of them ask the same question in the comments: “I need to know what you do and how.”
In another video, Claudia explained how she quit her 9-to-5 job, which made her £22,000 a year, to travel.
After booking a one-way ticket, Claudia spent the next two years backpacking through Thailand, Australia, Vietnam and Cambodia.
But after running out of money, she turned her full-time travel into an online business — where she can work from anywhere in the world.
Just 14 months after starting her business, Claudia explained that she was making six figures in sales, employed her partner full-time, has lived in five countries and enjoys the freedom of her passive income stream.
The 29-year-old content creator is now making $20,000 a month and plans to spend the year traveling around Europe.
Meanwhile, Katie Macleod is a graphic designer who has traveled to 80 countries while working as a digital nomad.
If working online isn’t for you, there are other ways to travel the world and make money at the same time.
For example Lucy, a Lapland park ranger who spends her days singing and acting on the show.
Jobs in warmer climates include a janitor in the Great Barrier Reef islands, a bookseller in the Maldives and a rescue cat worker in Greece.
