I recreated the viral healthy strawberry bites dessert – it’s three ingredients, takes seconds to make & tastes so good

A HEALTHY eater gave a viral strawberry dessert bite a shot and awarded her Seal of Approval.

The gourmet said the recipe only needed three ingredients and took seconds to prepare.

Vanessa Faga (@vanessafaga), 23, showed up in a TikTok post in the kitchen.

“I’m trying the viral strawberry bites,” read the text above Video.

She diced fresh strawberries before mixing the mixture with yogurt.

The kitchen genius froze the mixture in circular shapes on parchment paper, froze and dipped in chocolate.

After letting the three-ingredient dessert set, she showed off the end result.

“Oh my god these are really that good,” she added in the caption.

The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.

“I’ll try it with and without chocolate,” wrote one.

“Tempting,” added another.

“I have yet to try this trend,” added another. “You look fantastic.”

“You have to try this with white chocolate,” wrote another.

“I don’t want to,” said another. “I need.”

The video came as part of a trend on TikTok of people trying out viral recipes for themselves.

The strawberry yoghurt bites quickly became very popular due to the healthy version of a sweet treat.
