A GLAMORous woman has revealed the foods that were staples during her impressive body transformation.
Aida Azizi (@aida_azizii) was often rejected by men who said she was too fat when she was at her greatest weight.
She hit back at critics by changing her diet and losing a whopping 88 pounds in a year.
She now looks almost unrecognizable and has over 173,000 followers on TikTok.
Aida posted a snap on the social media platform that showed off her fuller figure before her dramatic weight loss.
She was sitting on a train in a baggy outfit, eating an orange and smiling happily as the photo was taken.

She then shared a mirror selfie showing that she now dresses her slimmer body in figure-hugging clothing.
The text above the video listed the cheap foods and read: “Eggs, salmon, bananas.
“Shrimp, avocados and celery.”
She captioned the 11-second video with the hashtags #weightlosscheck, #healthyfoods, #diet and #healthyliving.
The post went viral and quickly racked up over 53,000 likes and comments from people congratulating Aida on achieving her goal.
