Shara also posted a throwback video to highlight her hard work.

The fitness girl revealed that she gained muscle mass as a result of a special fitness regimen.

“Change your name or change your mind,” she said. “Or leave this damn place behind.”

The video went viral and attracted comments from many viewers.
