In the final clip of the transition, Rae says: “So our garden transformation is finally over.

“It’s been 58 days, almost two months, since I started transforming this garden.”

Then she showed a clip of her abandoned hill garden, the fence around the yard was broken, an old set of furniture, lots of weeds and overgrown grass,

At the top of the garden is a rotting shed and hedge covered with ivy.

But the savvy mother was determined to get it in better condition before summer.

Rae and her dad uprooted the old lawn and changed it to artificial grass and created a sensory garden, using a windmill from B&M and a sandpit she bought from Lidl.

She also earned some mini gnomes and mushrooms to place in the lovely fairy garden she made for her daughter.

The do-it-yourselfer has taken down the broken fence next to her yard, cleaned the area and cleaned up her belongings.

She moved her rabbit cage to the bottom of the garden and replaced the wilted grass where they used to sit with gray pebbles and a small padded sitting area and a small black BBQ, and painted the fence black.

For the top part of the garden, Rae removed the built-in barn door to create an open storage space.

She removed ivy from the back fence and gave it a glossy finish with black paint.

Then she added some fairy lights to the fence and added an arch covered with fake roses.

Rae’s last video of her garden went viral with over 90k views and over 12k likes,

People were quick to praise the mother for her clever DIY skills in the comments section of the post uploaded to her account @raesgardentransformation.

One person wrote: “You did great for 2 months!!!”

Another commented: “It’s great to have the best summer with babies.”

“You did an incredible job. You did a great job. You must be really proud of what you have achieved,” a third wrote.

Meanwhile, the fourth said: “You’ve done a great job… you should be very proud of yourself. You’re an inspiring young lady who works hard. Enjoy.. . sunny days.”

“Looks great,” insisted the fifth.

I'm'thin and thick' - I look great in pictures, men run away from my biological mother's body
I bought an old man's house and renovate it - but people are getting distracted
