I transformed my old and gross tiny home – we replaced everything from the floors to the electrics, it’s beautiful now
A WOMAN and her husband decided to renovate their “rough” tiny house and turn it into a “beautiful” modern living space.
The agent has an eye for detail and beautiful homes, and after spending her time helping people find their dream home, she knew it was time to change hers.

Amber Carpenter (@ambercarpenter830) regularly posts on TikTok about her life as a real estate agent.
She shared with her followers her latest passion project which she has been working on with her family.
In the video she shows her tiny home before the big makeover.
Filming the obsolete devices and Space She said it was “very old, very small and totally gross”.
Showing off the transformation, she said, “We replaced everything.
“From the flagstone to the flooring, electrical, insulation, lighting fixtures…
“We added custom cabinetry, all new appliances, granite countertops, a gorgeous bathroom – all brand new to this home.”
The house originally had light brown walls and exposed brick characteristics in the kitchen.
The cramped and dated bathroom had basic fixtures and white cabinets.
The kitchen was then remodeled with the sleek and modern countertops and new fridge and sink.
The pieces that looked like exposed brick are now a dark shade of green and the ceiling is painted dark with small lights in it.
Meanwhile, the bathroom looks completely different with white tiles, a marble sink, a new toilet, and a better-appointed bathtub.
The renovated room appears brighter and more spacious than before.
One follower replied, saying: “It’s beautiful!”
Another asked about the cost, and one person estimated it might have been around $30,000.
They wrote: “13k plus light and water etc probably 30k.”
Amber also shared another clip to her TikTok showing how incredibly handy her husband is at DIY.
She shared a clip of her husband in a backhoe digging a huge hole in their backyard.
She captioned it: “My husband…”
The video explained that her husband was in the process of building her a pool for Mother’s Day.
