I transformed my ugly ceiling and created a Parisian dream house – I only needed budget Amazon and Home Depot buys

Having the home of your dreams doesn’t necessarily have to break the bank, says one homeowner.

The Florida-based content creator shared how she renovated the ceiling for the Paris home of her dreams, all on a budget.

Mallory (@malloryonthemoon) shared the transformation of her home in a video with over 430,000 TikTok followers.

“Today I’m going to show you how I changed the ceiling from this one to this one…literally a Parisian dream home,” she said, showcasing her previous drab white ceiling tiles in a romantic, sophisticated cream finish.

“This process was so cheap and so easy.”

She explained that she bought the pack 96 foam tiles Bought from Amazon for only $300 and bought some glue from Home Depot.

She glued the tiles to the ceiling piece by piece by hand.

“Look how good this looks, it transformed my entire bedroom for such a great budget,” she said.

“I’ll probably do this to all the ceilings in my bedroom because it’s so cute.”

People used the comments to share their thoughts on the transformation.

Many agreed that she needed to redo the ceilings of all her rooms.
