A WELLNESS expert has revealed the anti-aging trick you think the billionaire beauty industry doesn’t want you to know.

She said her aunt has been tipping for over six decades and one just has to follow her steps.

Vicky (@vicky.derosa) shared the beauty advice with over 200,000 TikTok followers.

The expert explained that studies have been conducted around the world where people in areas called “Blue Zones” have aged 100+ years but still look great.

“This is the Blue Zones secret to stopping aging!” She said,

“One of the things they found in most of these countries is garlic,” she said, holding something up.

“I’m going to recommend something that will make you wince a little,” she warned.

She explained that she has an aunt who regularly eats raw garlic cloves for anti-aging reasons.

“Don’t forget that you need to chop the garlic and let it sit for 20 minutes to get the full benefits,” she said.

“You’re just going to eat it like that, peel it and chew on it,” she added.

Vicky assured that despite regularly participating in the trick, she doesn’t smell too strongly of garlic: “I don’t want any hate comments about the garlic,” she joked.

People didn’t make hate comments or negativity about garlic, but instead shared what they thought was the secret to antiaging.

“The key is a stress-free life, in short, staying single,” joked one commenter.
