I used to be Miss Scotland – now I’ve made an exciting career change that’s worlds away from the catwalk

A FORMER winner of the Miss Scotland beauty pageant has announced an exciting new career change.
Edinburgh beauty Keryn Matthew took to Instagram to give her 7,000 followers a life update.
The beauty queen will be airing a new slot on radio station Forth 1.
Already in 2019 she was crowned Miss Scotland at a glamorous ceremony.
The former Edinburgh University student had been raising funds for the Alzheimer Scotland charity during her trip.
Keryn posted a snap of herself in the studio and said: “Hi guys. Small update.”

“I’m delighted to be part of the Forth 1 team, bringing you traffic updates between 4pm and 7pm weekdays.
“I’ll be on Forth 1, West FM and Greatest Hits Scotland covering Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife, Borders, Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway.”
Fans of the Scottish beauty flocked to the comments to congratulate the former Miss Scotland on her job news.
One person wrote: “Darling, I’m looking forward to seeing you! Absolutely great. Come on girl.”
A second sentence: “Wow Keryn, that’s amazing! Well done, you will absolutely make it.”
A third gushed: “Congratulations great news.”
A fourth added: “Congratulations Queen.”
While Radio Clyde’s Amber Livingstone said: “Wow, welcome to the best team.”
Keryn recently had her fans say the same after posting glamorous bikini snaps from her vacation.
