I used to work at McDonald’s and here’s how to guarantee your food is piping hot and that you bag the freshest chips

IF you’re a McDonald’s fan, you’ve come to the right place.
There’s nothing more frustrating than craving fast food, only to receive cold fries – right?
This has happened to all of us at least once or twice before, but luckily, a former McDonald’s employee shared a simple tip to make sure your food stays hot.
So if you don’t like a cold burger or are fed up with warm fries, you need to listen.
A woman who used to work at McDonald’s, Dessy Josephfrom New York, has revealed the secret to making sure your food stays hot and you get the freshest fries in your pocket.
Posting on social media, Dessy advises customers to place specific orders.
So instead of ordering a standard Big Mac meal, she encourages fast-food aficionados to grab something on their orders to make sure it’s made from scratch.
“If you want to make sure your food is fresh, not just the fries – get something out of your burger or food,” she says.
Dessy later asserted: “Food was left on the conveyor belt.
“It’s easy to add cheese to an already existing McChicken, but it’s hard to remove the mayo.”
Dessy’s TikTok clip, shared with the username @happyapparently left many people gasping as it went viral and has racked up a staggering 1.4 million views.
One foodie asserted: “THIS IS TRUE.”
The second interjected: “I worked at McDonald’s, that’s the truth, not a lie my friends.”
While another noted: “Glad I no longer work at McDonalds but she was right.”
Meanwhile, another foodie advised: “Ask for the hamburger without salt, they MUST make it fresh.”
However, many other McDonald’s workers were eager to receive the comments and revealed that their chain does not pre-make any dishes.
One said: “Actually just ask for your order to be refreshed. We don’t make the food first. They make it as it appears on the screen. I’m a manager at McDonald’s.”
Another added: “We make our stuff as soon as people order, except sometimes the fries.”

A third commented: “In the store I work at, there is rarely extra food in the reheater and if it does, the staff usually eats it all.”
