I was fed up of my dull concrete garage so I gave it an epic transformation on a budget – people can’t believe it

AFTER he was fed up with the state of his concrete garage, one man set out to give it an epic makeover on a budget.
Scott, a carpenter by trade, shared a before photo of the garage before he went to work remodeling it.

It was originally concrete, tired walls with a white garage and a light blue door on one side. It also had a black wood section in the front upper area.
“Old concrete garage… Don’t tear it down and rebuild it,” he told viewers. “Just wear it”.
He then shared a brief snippet of the building after all the cladding was complete.
The results were impressive as the garage covered each wall with wooden slats and also had a hidden door.
@_scottthebuilder raved about how “pretty” it looked and said it was cheap too.
“Roughly 60p per meter versus £5 per metre,” he explained.
Zooming in on his black fence at the back of the garden, he said it was “everything fitting.”
“We have a secret door there,” he continued, before moving the camera over to show the garage door, which he admitted wasn’t “that secret” since he’d only just added the section.
“A little better, right? What do you think?” he asked as the video ended.
“Garage Transformation, sometimes you go with what you have,” he added in the caption with a shrug emoji.
People were impressed with the renovation and one person couldn’t help but ask how much it all cost in total.
“Thanks, only cost me about £150 for wood, already had the locks and pins,” Scott replied.
Another person praised his hard work, saying, “This is awesome,” while another chimed, “Looks epic :)” [sic]
Others called it a “brilliant idea” and said it looked “smart”.
But one troll argued, “Wood rots in three years.” [sic] to which Scott replied: “This is actually 3 years old and all good! I have another wood stain this sprint as well.” [sic]
