Kyle reveals how he used cheap roof rails to build a privacy screen, adorned with on-trend panels.

He said: “We did our own privacy checks and it cost less than £50!”

In the 37-second clip, Kyle glimpses the small wall that separates his garden from the neighbor’s garden.

Two layers of flower retaining wall rests on two layers of bricks, meaning the finished wall is about waist high.

The creator then went on to share how he created his privacy screen, adding: “Number one, safety fence.

“Second, add membrane for extra privacy.

“Third thing, attach the first wooden stick and make sure it is flat.

“Keep working, make sure they stay level.

“Tip – we used a loose cut as a spacer to keep the spacing between cells consistent.

“Steel refinement.”

DIYers can pick up a similarly styled waterproof tarp from various retailers, including Screwfix, for as little as £9.99.

Wood shingles are also available online, with Wickes prices of £4 each.
