I weigh 230lbs – ‘healthy’ is not a number on a scale, I love to lift at the gym

A FITNESS fan has pulled back the curtain to show that health isn’t defined by a person’s weight.
Although she loves to lift, she shared a transparent and positive message in a TikTok video.

TikTok creator Brittany (@boldly.brittany) is a huge health and fitness lover who posts weight loss tips and workout videos for other curvy women on her platform.
She lifts heavy weights at the gym and has the muscles to prove it.
Many people don’t believe that she weighs 230 pounds because of her toned physique.
In a transparent TikTok video, she answered questions about her weight in the simplest way by stepping on a scale.

At the beginning of the video, Brittany was in the center of the frame with the camera trained on her.
The blonde showed off her muscles and flexed her arms in a powerful gesture.
Wearing a sleeveless black shirt and black sweatpants, she was in her bathroom and on a scale.
“Proves I’m 230 pounds because ‘healthy’ isn’t a number on a scale,” the caption read above the image.
She then got off the scale and picked it up to show viewers her exact weight in real time.
Brittany brought the scales right in front of the camera so her audience could see what was on it.
To prove her right, the numbers 231.8 were actually written on it.
Many people praised her for her body-conscious attitude and representation.
“First person I’ve ever met on this app with almost my exact stats,” commented one viewer.
“I appreciate you sharing this! You are a beautiful queen!!” added another.
“That!! Healthy is NOT a number. I’m 5’7 and 178 or so and I’m a competitive athlete. Love that!” a fan interfered.
