I went from flat to ‘big booty’ and got abs – my Target snacks and meals helped me transform my body

A FITNESS influencer shared the snacks and meals she ate to help grow her booty.
She explained that she could easily get all her food from her local Target.
Mia (@mial1cious) shared interesting suggestions with over 200,000 TikTok followers.
Content creators chose special foods high in protein to gain muscle and lose fat.
“If you want to go from flat to big Judy and not toned to your abs, in addition to lifting, you need to get that protein in,” she says.
She explained that even though she is a picky eater, thanks to the wide selection at Target, she was able to stick to her macros.
Taking viewers to the store, she chose Loaded Taco flavored Quest chips, pointing out the 19 grams of protein per serving.
Next up is protein powder: “I really hate the taste of protein powder but Isopure… 25 grams of protein, sometimes I even add two scoops because it has no flavor at all,” she says.
While she’s not a big fan of protein shakes, she does like the Premier protein shake: “The chocolate isn’t bad, the coffee is good,” she admits.
Other staples include yogurt, granola, fruit, protein pasta, salmon, shrimp, turkey bacon, eggs and Kodiak protein pancakes.
