I’m 40 and never get Botox – I’ve been using the same anti-aging trick for 20 years and it keeps the wrinkles away

Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on Botox every few months, one woman avoids wrinkles by using natural remedies that won’t break the bank.

At 40, she swears by the routine she’s been practicing for 20 years.

Post on TikTok for brand of face patches called Frownies (@frowniesfamily) owner Helen Morrison gushed about the effects.

“I’m 40 years old and this is what I do instead of botox,” she began clip.

Like most people her age, Helen struggles with forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet and laugh lines.

However, to keep these from becoming too pronounced, she uses Frownies patches, which cost $24 each pack.

I got botox, but it was a failure - my mouth went crooked because she applied too much

“I’ve been wearing frownies as needed for about 20 years,” she said, showing how to use them.

Before bed, she tapes her forehead, temples, and the skin around her mouth to keep everything taut.

Instead of starting her day with a tired face—swollen and red in some places and flat in others—she wakes up with even-toned skin.

“I love waking up with a relaxed face and a smooth forehead,” Helen said proudly.

After removing the band-aids, her complexion was radiant and dewy — an accomplishment she said she’ll never give up.

“Frowns will forever be a part of my skincare routine,” gushed the caption.

While Helen noted that she doesn’t do it every night, she said years of regular use kept her from developing wrinkles.

After some commenters said they’d rather use Botox every few months, the natural woman noted that her patches are a good option for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or has other health conditions that don’t warrant Botox treatment.
