In a clip shared to TikTok (@larloo22), the nutrition and health coach explains how she’s often asked about the eyeshadow she uses to cover dark circles, wrinkles, and puffiness.

Plus, why does she use a paper towel to wash her face and not a face towel filled with bacteria.

And according to the beautician, you should forgo flannel towels in favor of kitchen paper towels, which can be purchased for as little as 99 cents.

“Facial wipes contain bacteria and spread to your skin,” she explains.

“Another tip is that you should apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp because damp skin will absorb the product better.”

She adds: “You won’t have to use too much product either, as a little will have a lasting effect.

“Remember to never rub your skin and just gently pat.”

Lauren, who regularly shares things about middle age, anti-aging, fitness and weight loss, then goes on to show how she keeps eye patches in the fridge and puts them on every morning,

“They have a great cooling effect and are great for puffy eyes, dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles.

“Then I apply collagen eye cream and I’m ready for the day!”

And it’s not the first time the age-defying woman has shared her top anti-aging tips and tricks as she previously revealed how she uses banana peels to help turn back time. .

“So the first week I did the banana Botox, I did it with a yellow banana,” she explains.

“But someone suggests the darker the better… so I just need you to know that first, don’t panic or be surprised when you look in the mirror and see your face is dark brown.

“What’s really cool is it feels like it’s squeezing your entire face as it dries and it’s really super tight, feels really good on your skin.”

Lauren then went on to discuss the results.

“It has a super hydrating effect on my skin,” she says.

“My skin feels and looks fresh and hydrated.”

The beauty fan continued: “What I did was take the peel off and after using it on my face – don’t soak or use any cleanser, you’re using it as your cleanser. – I wash it off with cool water and then use my product, moisturizer afterwards.

“Remember – the darker the shell, the better!”
