In a clip shared on TikTok (@larloo22), the nutrition and health coach explains that she’s often asked what types of eye patches she uses for dark circles, lines and wrinkles under her eyes.

And why she washes her face with paper towels and not bacteria-filled washcloths.

And according to the beauty expert, it’s worth giving up flannel fabrics and instead using kitchen paper towels, which can be had for as little as 99p.

“Flushcloths trap and spread bacteria on the skin,” she explains.

“Another quick tip is that you should apply your moisturizer when your skin is still damp, as moist skin absorbs the product better.”

She adds, “You don’t have to use as much product either, because a small amount goes a long way.”

“Remember to never rub your skin and only pat it gently.”

Lauren, who regularly speaks about midlife, antiaging, fitness and weight loss, then shares how she keeps her eye patches in the fridge and puts them on every morning.

“They have a great cooling effect and are great for puffy eyes, dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles.”

“Then I apply my collagen eye cream and I’m ready for the day!”

And it’s not the first time the age-defying woman has shared her top anti-aging tips and tricks, as she previously shared how she can use a banana peel to turn back time.

“The first week I did the banana botox, I did it on a yellow banana,” she explained.

“But someone suggested the darker the better… So the first thing you need to know is that if you look in the mirror and your face is dark brown, you shouldn’t panic or be surprised.

“What’s really cool is that it feels like it’s lifting your whole face as it dries, and it’s literally super lifting, which feels really good on the skin.”

Lauren then discussed the results.

“It had a super moisturizing effect on my skin,” she said.

“My skin feels and looks refreshed and hydrated.”
