A 54-YEAR-OLD woman has shared her secret to looking youthful and radiant.

She saw a dramatic change in her skin after incorporating the king and queen of anti-aging into her diet.

Mother and wife Christina Noh (@cristina.noh) is proud of her healthy skin.

in one TikTok videosshe shared what she does that “99% of #skintok would tell you not to do.”

“At 54, my skin has no wrinkles,” she says. Back in February, seven months ago, my skin was wrinkle-free.”

She revealed that she exfoliates regularly and advises others to do it daily as part of their skin care routine.

“Maximize your anti-aging skin care routine by increasing your exfoliation frequency,” she wrote in the video caption.

Also says “Tretinoin is your king” and “Exfoliation is your queen”.

Christina describes it as a “geranium garden” where you have to prune the flowers and exfoliate the dead skin.

“It allows for larger, healthier blooms,” she added.

There are many ways to exfoliate – use toner after washing your face, wash your face, double exfoliate as a face wash, peel off pads, masks, gloves, etc.

“Exfoliants range from very gentle to very strong. Consider your skin’s sensitivity,” the caption reads.

She recommends starting off twice a week and then gradually increasing it without drying out your skin.

Some people appreciated her beauty and innocence.

“Your skin is killing it,” one viewer wrote, while another said: “Totally agree.”

“Oh my God!! Now I’m a girl in love with you!! I’m such a scrubs girl!!” another added.
