The 65-year-old professional bikini athlete has amassed more than 17,000 followers on TikTok with regular posts about her workout regimen.

She wore a sports bra and pink leggings as she showed off her toned abs in a video sharing advice on losing belly fat.

Helen said: “Are you over 40, 50, 60 or older?

“Are you struggling with losing unwanted belly fat? Here are some do’s and don’ts that will help you with that.

“Number one: sugar. Reduce the amount of sugar you put into your body.

“Sugar causes inflammation and it wreaks havoc on your immune system.

“It causes diseases like cancer and diabetes, and accelerates the aging process that we don’t want.

“Number two: increase the intensity of your workouts in the gym.

“Grab an extra 5 pounds of weight in the gym and give it your best shot.

“Number three: move. Walk briskly or jog, ride a bike, go to the gym, and take an aerobics class.

“Moving is mandatory.

“Number four: rest. Your body functions best at night when it’s resting and recovering.

“On the other hand, don’t sign up for crash diets that don’t work. Don’t sign up for points reduction, that won’t work either.

“Don’t buy fat burning supplements.

“Working hard is something you need to strive for and don’t stress over things you can’t control.”

In the second video, the fitness and nutrition coach listed more important things to keep fit in middle age.

“At 65, I calculate macros, eat clean, do resistance training,” she said.

“I don’t do too much cardio and my hormones are under control.”

Writing in the comments section, she added: “Women in their 60s produce little or no hormones, which causes a lot of unwanted side effects.

“I went to see my health care/hormone doctor to get my hormones checked. You can also go to your OB/GYN and ask for a hormone panel!

Viewers were impressed with Helen’s youthful appearance and said they would try her tips themselves.

One person wrote: “Sounds like a great plan. You look great.”

Another said she looked “amazing”, while another told her she was “so right” and looked “amazing”.
