And the good news is that you don’t have to spend hundreds of pounds on expensive face creams or cosmetic procedures.

In a recent video posted on TikTokNew Orleans-based doctor Mamina shared the anti-aging tips and tricks she learned from her Japanese mother.

Since my mom has a small fan club on TikTok after I posted this video of her rubbing banana peels on her face and people can’t believe she’s 72 years old, I’m going to share some anti-aging tips. other aging she uses,” said Mamina.

“Don’t forget the fact that she has a daughter with a dermatologist who hooked her up with some pretty sweet skin care products.”

First, Mamina said her mother vows to use a daily skin care product with antioxidants, sunscreen, retinol, and moisturizer.

Next, Mamina showed her mother some breathing exercises, stretching and yoga.

“Every morning, my mom likes to do some stretching and breathing exercises, along with yoga, to increase her strength and flexibility.”

She then shared a clip of her mother performing some dramatic arm movements.

Mamina explains: “She also does this fun move as she hits different parts of her body.

“I think it was to get the various parts of her circulatory system moving and the energy flowing (anyone involved with this?)”

The dermatologist then moved on to show her mother sitting in an armchair while massaging her face with a cold roller.

She also explains, “She also massages her face every day with this massager that she keeps in the fridge.

“I think the massaging action helps with lymphatic drainage and the cold effect helps reduce swelling and also helps tighten the skin.”

Next, Mamina notes that her mother also claims to look younger when she eats mostly organic produce – all thanks to her vegetable garden.

She explains: “She also has a lovely garden in her back where she grows bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes and is still healthy.

In the end, Mamina concluded by saying that her mother’s youthful appearance was due to her lack of seriousness and laughter.

“I think the most important thing is that she knows how to be silly and that she has the most hilarious sense of humor.

“She loves to make us laugh and she laughs a lot.”

Since then, the post has gone viral, garnering a massive xx views and several comments from social media users.

“She’s perfect!!! No wrinkles at 70???” wrote one.
