A 72-year-old woman who is often mistaken for looking twenty years younger has revealed the six anti-aging tips she swears by.

In a recently released video Tick ​​tockNew Orleans-based doctor Mamina shared the anti-aging tips and tricks she learned from her Japanese mother.

“My mom likes to do stretches, breathing exercises, and yoga every morning to increase her strength and flexibility.”

She then shows a clip of her mother performing some dramatic arm movements.

“She also does this interesting maneuver where she hits different parts of her body,” explains Mamina.

“I think it’s about getting different parts of their circuitry going and getting the energy flowing (anyone involved?)”

The dermatologist then shows her mother sitting in an armchair and massaging her face with a cold roller.

“Plus, she massages her face every day with this massager she keeps in her freezer,” she explains.

“I think the massage helps with lymphatic drainage and the cold action helps reduce swelling and also helps tighten the skin.”

Next, Momina notes that her mom also attributes her youthful looks to eating mostly organic produce — all thanks to her vegetable garden.

“She also had a pretty garden in her backyard where she grows peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes while staying healthy,” she explains.

Finally, Mamina concludes that her mother’s youthful appearance is due to her not being serious and laughing often.

“I think most importantly she knows how to be silly and has an extremely hilarious sense of humor.

“She loves to make us laugh and she laughs a lot.”

The post has since gone viral, garnering a whopping xx views and multiple comments from social media users.

“She is flawless!!! No wrinkles at 70???” wrote one.

A second wrote: “Oh my god I want to be like her when I’m 70.”
