“Let’s not forget the fact that she has a daughter from a dermatologist who gets her some lovely skin care products.”

Next, Mamina shows her mom how to do several breathing exercises, stretching exercises, and yoga.

“My mom likes to do stretches, breathing exercises, and yoga every morning to increase her strength and flexibility.”

She then shows a clip of her mother performing some dramatic arm movements.

“She also does this interesting maneuver where she hits different parts of her body,” explains Mamina.

The dermatologist then shows her mother sitting in an armchair and massaging her face with a cold roller.

“Plus, she massages her face every day with this massager she keeps in her freezer,” she explains.

“I think the massage helps with lymphatic drainage and the cold action helps reduce swelling and also helps tighten the skin.”

Next, Momina notes that her mom also attributes her youthful looks to eating mostly organic produce — all thanks to her vegetable garden.

“She also had a pretty garden in her backyard where she grows peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes while staying healthy,” she explains.

Finally, Mamina concludes that her mother’s youthful appearance is due to her not being serious and laughing often.

“I think most importantly she knows how to be silly and has an extremely hilarious sense of humor.

“She loves to make us laugh and she laughs a lot.”
