Kylei (@kyleim.fit) shared the glowing video with over 16,000 TikTok followers.

The blonde shared a video of herself as she began her fitness journey.

Her goals at the time seemed lofty: “I want to grow my legs and buttocks while having as little stomach as possible,” she said.

She revealed her transformation, shockingly in which her goals were achieved.

People were shocked to the point of disbelief when they saw the results.

“I’m confused as to how this can happen,” said one commenter.

The gym girl admitted the transformation didn’t happen overnight — it took hard work and perseverance.

“Build over a long period of time,” she said.

The influencer shared that her main focus was on getting better at the gradual exercises at the gym and most importantly on her diet.

“Focus on progressive overload and calorie surplus for a while, it was all about the longevity/commitment.”

“Now I’m in deficit to shed the little extra fat I’ve gained.”
