A HOME builder has shown off the star features of his latest project – and the rooftop has its own surprise.
He proudly presents a tour of what he considers his most astonishing work additional.

The builder behind @a1constructionanddesigns invited viewers to “see the coolest features in this home.”
Some of the most special amenities include a tall, recyclable outdoor waterfall pool Water.
The dropdown bar is another big upgrade.
It seems the builder who describes his construction company as “making magic” is ready to cheer for his unique design.
The modern home also features a transparent glass swimming pool surrounded by trees and outdoor umbrellas.
He then demonstrated another feature installed on the kitchen sink – a disappearing window that slides super easily.
Even bath time is better in this outhouse because the master bathroom has a view of the pool.
The view may be beautiful, but the rooftop view is another story – mini golf include.
One person watching the impressive home tour posed a question to the builder.
“Marry me,” she said, most likely imagining moving into the mansion.
Those aren’t the only luxurious additions to the pad, either.
The builder showed off a sliding gate, a rotating wine cellar and a cinema room with rows of seats.
One follower shared her favorite feature: “You took me to the rooftop mini golf course, so cute.”
“When you got the money,” another viewer commented about who can afford the A-list extras.
