What they think is a brilliant idea consists of a simple shower curtain, which is available in most supermarkets or discount stores such as B&M or Home Bargains.

Shannon posts a clip online of herself on a sunny beach in America.

“This really might be the best mom beach hack ever,” she claims. “My mom brought a $1 shower curtain to the beach.

“We dug a big hole, laid out the shower curtain, covered the sides with sand, and then filled it with water.”

Shannon’s clip demonstrated the easy assembly – she and her mother unfolded the curtain and effortlessly scooped up sand with their hands to create a large pit.

Putting sand around the edge of the curtain will prevent the curtain from blowing away on windy days and prevent water from leaking because the material cannot slip.

The ladies jump to the sea with small buckets, collect water and pour it into their artificial hole.

“Instant pool,” she calls.

The ladies placed some waterproof toys in the homemade pool for Shannon’s little one to play with.

They built the paddling pool close to the sea so the family can still enjoy the sea while protecting their little one.

Shannon posted the clip to her TikTok account with the caption, “Awesome $1 Beach Mum Hack.” Save this for all your beach trips.”

With an impressive 2.1 million followers on TikTok, Savvy Shannon shares every trick he can think of to make motherhood a breeze and help us spend more time with our kids.

In response to Shannon’s beach hack, one user said, “Honestly, the best thing ever.”

A second chimed in: “Genius.”

A third replied: “This is amazing. I try to just stick one in the sand every year, but it never works.”

All claimed that they would “completely do that” on their next trip to the beach, but some mums have been following Shannon’s tricks for years.

“Ever since I saw yours, I’ve been doing this for my siblings all the time. Thank you Shannon.”
