I’m a car cleaning expert – drivers are only just realising £1.25 B&Q essential will make washing your motor a breeze

A car cleaning expert has revealed a £1.25 B&Q essential that makes cleaning your engine a breeze.
The self-confessed “car guy” took it up Tick tock to share a useful trick for removing dust and dirt from hard to reach areas.
The cleaning expert said: “Very few ‘life hacks’ work.”
“I am a car enthusiast, I keep my car carefully.
“I’ll show you one that actually works.”
He explained that the trick allows drivers to vacuum tight spaces like the space on the side or under their seats.
You can vacuum up crumbs, dust and dirt with just one super cheap everyday item.
All you need is a standard plastic funnel, which you can find at B&M for as little as £1.25 each.
Typically, narrower funnels from hardware stores work best than those found in the kitchen, although these will do in an emergency.
Simply place it at the end of your vacuum cleaner and the thin end of the funnel will reach all nooks and crannies of your vehicle, ensuring it stays spotless.
The expert captioned his video with the words: “For my car, boys and girls, you will thank me for it.”
Social media Users were enthusiastic about the useful tip.
One wrote: “Game changer. Thanks. I will definitely do that.”
Another added: “That’s a great idea, you sit right between the seat and the console, it’s torture.”
It comes after another car cleaning genius revealed the best shampoo to keep your engine sparkling.
Meanwhile, motorists have been served with an urgent warning about a 99p TikTok cleaning hack that could actually cost them thousands.
