I’m a car salesman – we always ignore your attempts to nab a good deal & flog you priciest motor… we just don’t care

One car salesman has claimed that professionals would ignore any attempt by buyers to get a good deal and still sell them the most expensive vehicle.

According to this obvious crackpot, the salespeople at a dealership may not have the best interests of the customer at heart.

The TikTok user named “@str8_rrrussian‘ took to the social media page to reveal everything to his 220,000 followers.

In a post titled How to Sell Cars: Learn to Ignore Certain Things, which has been viewed more than 125,000 times, he revealed some of the trade’s supposed tricks.

The man looks into the camera and first says, “First, they come in and say we’re not buying anything. We’re just looking.”

Then he adds that what they say is ignored because “they lie”.

The man continues, “Second, they say it’s way too expensive. I can not afford that.”

Then he says, “We ignore it too, they lie. They can afford it.”

The third point, he says, is when a potential customer asks, “What’s your best offer?”

Once again the man says that this is also ignored and they still sell you their most expensive set of wheels.

Then the man says, “The point of it all is that they’re all saying the same thing.”

He said this is simply ignored and “the same steps” are followed each time.

The short clip received 2,580 likes and generated 236 comments.

Viewers were divided on what the man said.

Some supported the TIkToker, one said “buyers are liars.”

While another posted, “‘What’s your best price?’ Is the most frustrating question.”

A third wrote: “They lie, they lie, they lie.”

However, many expressed their displeasure with the car sellers.

One said: “Works both ways. Ignore everything the salesman says and roll your eyes because I know they’re full of it.”

Another added: “I feel the same way about the sellers, they lie.”

“That’s why salespeople are a dying business and car dealerships are going online like Tesla,” wrote a third.

Elsewhere, a car salesman revealed the “easy” way to double the price you can ask when selling your car.

Another car salesman showed how to negotiate the best price for your new car.

While another seller believes parts swapping is still the best way to get a new car and save money.
