A confident “cougar” has taken to social media to encourage other women to embrace their bodies, regardless of their age.

In one of hers popular postsTonia Brown posed in a light blue bikini and sunglasses while holding up a drink.

The beautiful blonde, 51, shook her hips, danced in the sunshine and looked confident in her own skin.

The song “Love Myself” played in the background of the short clip.

“It’s a hot mommy and hot grandma summer,” she wrote videodorant. “Queens put on that bikini and own that shit!”

In the caption of her post, Brown added advice for anyone embarking on the self-love journey.

“Confidence, self-love, and empowerment!” she exclaimed, before adding the hashtags #HoldmyMilk and #Over40.

Brown’s followers took to the comments section to praise her looks and attitude.

“Nothing says sexier than a confident woman in a bikini,” wrote one delighted fan.

One of her fans even offered to help protect her from the sun.

“I’m ready to put on sunscreen…” the admirer offered.

“That’s what I want in a beautiful, natural woman,” commented a third person.

Some people acknowledged the way Brown refused to let her age define her.

“You are having a fantastic day today young lady!!!” they wrote.

Brown isn’t the only “cougar” using social media to inspire other aging women to defy societal conventions.

Another TikToker, KarenLee Poter (@karenleepoter), said just because you’re past middle age, That doesn’t mean your wardrobe has to change.

Instead of trying to hide the signs of aging, she emphasizes the beauty in them: “Wrinkles are beautiful,” she said in her video’s caption.

Strong women like Brown and Poter show others how to enjoy the next chapter of their lives and look great doing it.
