A FITNESS-LOVING grandmother has been flaunting her body and embracing her hard work in and out of the gym.
She admitted that she always has a swimsuit on hand, even when meeting up with a friend.

Fitness trainer Lesley Maxwell (@lesleymaxwell.fitness) loves to show off her body online.
In one current Instagram postThe Australian presented her toned body and her toned abdominal muscles in skimpy swimwear.
She modeled an orange bikini and black and white scarf against an outdoor backdrop, which was conveniently located in front of a cafe.
Her figure was fully visible in two photos on the carousel.
In the first case, she had her hands at her side and was looking into the distance.
In the second moment, she turned it around by wrapping the scarf around her neck, putting her arm in front of her face and stretching her hips.

Lesley claimed in the video caption that no matter where she goes, she always has a two-piece swimsuit on hand.
“I came organized in a bikini even though we only met for coffee,” she joked. “You always have to be prepared.”
