She can balance at all angles, including on a half balance ball or in the air with her legs spread while sipping a drink, without losing her form.

Debbie wants to inspire other women to not let the physical effects of aging prevent them from being fit.

She shares a series of inspirational messages and videos on social media.

The grandma was a former competitive bodybuilder and recalls her family shouting, “Go mom!” from the front row of a competition in 1993.

Now she keeps fit with stretching, strength training and cardio.

“To achieve a level of flexibility, consistency is key,” she revealed in a TikTok video of her stretching her leg across her body.

Debbie even makes an effort to train glutes to build a Kim Kardashian-style butt.

She revealed that she has never gone under the knife for her body and that it was only through hard work that she achieved it.

Under a video showing impressive stretches, people raved about how inspiring they found the 67-year-old.

“Wow sister, you are absolutely beautiful,” said one woman. “Keep it up.”

“That’s talent,” said another.

“You’re great!” a third penned.

Another viewer of the video joked that the video was so impressive that it “kinda scared” them.

Debbie responded to all comments with her fitness secret.

“I’m pretty consistent when it comes to stretching,” she said. “I think that’s the key.”
