Alicia Blackhurst (@alicab_fit) is a fitness instructor with a passion for fashion.

Her favorite workout clothes include the booty scrunch leggings, which are hugely popular with social media fitness influencers.

However, some of Blackhurst’s fans feared the trendy leggings wouldn’t hold up to an actual workout.

In a video montage, the trainer put her favorite legwear to the test and proved that it can withstand intense training.

The butt boosting leggings looked superb in grey, blue, yellow or pink marble.

Blackhurst showed her posing in the mirror but also lifting heavy weights.

She also sported a few solid colors, including light blue and slate grey.

Blackhurst even have the leggings as shorts, perfect for workouts where they need to be a little cooler.

All of the leggings she wore are from Yeoreo and range from $24.99 to $29.99.

Commentators were grateful for the video Blackhurst made – whether they were looking for a new sports wardrobe or not.

However, one flirty man used his words and simply wrote, “I love you.”
