I’m a fit gym girl – I was so embarrassed by an NSFW mishap, it couldn’t have happened at a worse time too

A GYM girl has revealed the most embarrassing moment she’s ever had while working out, which she says couldn’t have happened at a worse time.

The fitness guru took to social media to confess the NSFW mishap exposed her to other gym-goers.

It all started with NVGTN leggings, according to a video explanation by Ambur (@amburfit) on TikTok.

“If you ever wore [NVGTN leggings]they’re basically like really thick pantyhose, so there’s not much room for error,” she noted at the beginning of the clip.

Ambur added that one day she was in the midst of performing barbell squats while wearing the leggings when the shocking NSFW mishap occurred.

Somehow damaged by wear and tear, the leggings gave way in an awkward place.

“So, at the end of my squat, I guess somehow the leggings were damaged — so they made the runs that the tights make right down the middle of my ass crack,” she said.

However, according to Ambur, that wasn’t even the worst of it.

She didn’t notice the tear at first and performed slow and deep squats for a few sets.

“I also did squats with volume rest so everyone had ample opportunity to make eye contact with my ‘brown starfish,'” continued the fit influencer.

Ambur also confessed that this was just the first of three embarrassing situations she’d put herself in at the gym.

HEADACHE

The fitness girl’s second story involved not being able to hit her max squat, so she put the bar back and began releasing the weight.

She explained that she then reached down to tie her shoe and, forgetting the pole was still there, quickly stood up and banged her head hard on the metal.

“[It] I hit the barbell so hard there was a loud bang and everyone looked at me and I had to be like, ‘haha, I’m fine,'” Ambur recalled.

Ambur added that she was indeed in extreme pain and needed to hide it from everyone else.

However, according to her, the third and final embarrassing moment for the gym girl was arguably worse than the NSFW leggings split.

WRONG FRIEND

The fitness guru said it’s still the one who “haunts” her the most, explaining that it all started when she usually wears contacts or glasses but decided not to wear them to the gym that day.

After arriving at her usual gym, she thought she saw her friend in the distance looking at her, so she jokingly turned her around.

Her friend didn’t respond, which she felt was uncharacteristic.

After approaching the friend later in the session, Ambur quickly realized that it wasn’t her friend at all, but someone she didn’t quite know.

“So I probably upset that person a lot,” she said.
