A 51-YEAR-OLD woman has revealed why she is proud of getting older and is encouraging others to do the same.

She said that she is in the best shape of her life due to her dedicated fitness regime.

Sylvie D’Aoust (@sylviedaoust_cyclist) filmed herself celebrating her health in a Video on TikTok.

“When you are in the best shape of your life at 51,” the text says.

In another videoshe described the habits that help her feel her best.

She showed clips in which she worked up a sweat, especially while cycling.

Cycling is an effective full-body workout that burns calories and builds muscle.

“I’m celebrating my 51st birthday,” she said. “Pretty damn happy.”

The video attracted many curious commenters asking about her lifestyle.

“Girl you were always beautiful,” one wrote.
