In TikTok VideoErica Nangle (@ericananglefit) was seen at the gym lifting weights in a sports bra and shorts.

Pointing to the cellulite under her butt, she said, “I just want to remind you that this is completely normal.”

The fitness fanatic added that exercising and getting fit is “completely healthy” and a “sign of growth.”

In another shot, Nangle sat on the floor with a barbell across her legs, pressing the middle against her stomach.

She leaned against the bar and rolled it over her legs so that her stomach pressed against it as she moved.

“Your stomach will squeeze against the pad,” she said.

“I still love your body,” she continued as she rose onto a bridge.

Nangle ended her impromptu PSA with a message to people who are conscious of their bodies.
