Her outfit of choice when at the gym is an oversized t-shirt with a pair of biker shorts.

But when she really gets into her workout, Sydney will tuck her shirt into her sports bra.

She shared this hack in her video along with a popular sound on the platform.

“The oversized t-shirt tucked into the sports bra,” the person said in tone. “These girls are a step up from the ones in the shorts, okay?”

Audio continued: “You put it in the sports bra and you can see a little bit of the back? Do you understand what I’m saying?”

“Before you even comment, yes we do it for the profits and the profits only,” Sydney wrote in the video’s caption.

Several people in Sydney’s comments said they do the same thing when they’re at the gym.

“It also helps with overheating and back sweat!” wrote one person.

“I do that!” wrote another person. “And a lady followed me to let me know, thinking it was an accident.”

A third person wrote, “I need that bit of cold air on my sweaty back to keep me going.”

Others said they do it because they are dancers and it helps with practice.

“Being a dancer and doing that my whole life…” one person wrote.

“Any dancers watching this…” wrote another.
