She recommended the desired time frame and frequency to see results.

“Do this three to four times a week to get an hourglass figure,” she said.

First, she showed herself doing floor work in the gym.

“Butterfly kicks,” she said.

She recommended performing the butterfly kicks in three sets of 15 repetitions each.

“Dead bugs,” she said. “Slow and controlled.”

She suggested doing the exercise in three sets of 15 repetitions each.

“Reverse plank,” she added.

She said she does three sets of planks, holding the position for a minute each time.

“Reverse plank variation,” she added as a final suggestion.

“If you want an hourglass figure, try this waist workout,” she said.
