A dedicated fitness fanatic saw her glute gains improve over the course of a few months.
Now she’s ready for summer and helping others achieve their suns out, buns out dreams.
Fitness Instructor Taye (@fitwithtaye) had wanted a very specific bikini figure for the summer.
So she started focusing on her glutes and credits a set of just four exercises with helping her build a better butt.
She shared the routine and her before and after photos all rolled into one Video on their Tiktok.
“Cheeks are going to be cheeky this summer,” she warned her followers.
In her “before” photo, Taye stood in a bikini looking stunning but a little coy.
She then posed for an “after” photo with bigger glutes and more obvious confidence.
“Do these exercises regularly on your leg days for ultimate growth,” Taye told viewers.
The montage of the exercises showed Taye performing each one slowly and carefully.

She started with glute-focused step-ups and barbell squats to build muscle.
Then she added two more challenging exercises: Romanian deadlifts and Kas glute bridges.
It “guarantees” results in five to six months, but the sooner you start the better.
Taye’s followers have been amazed and inspired by her progress.
“Stunningly beautiful Queen,” one person wrote.
“Fine, I’m going to the gym,” said another, disapproving of Taye’s motivation.
For many viewers, the proof was in the pictures.
“I trust you because you’ve already got the results,” said one woman.
Another would be happy to get to the point where Taye started.
She confessed, “Girl, I’m just trying to get to your ‘before.'”
