Her TikTok is dedicated to the pursuit of a toned and toned body in the gym.

But she made a revelation when it comes to weight training with her aspirations for a perfect butt.

She became a fan of double weight lifting.

In her parcel“Mass-building compounds,” she says.

Emerson continues: “Complex movements are where big profits are made.”

But the movements of the compounds are everything.
