She became a fan of double weight lifting.

Emerson continues: “Complex movements are where big profits are made.”
Among other standard exercise routines, she says, “[They] are more isolated movements that still benefit.”
But the movements of the compounds are everything.
It is a style of exercise that integrates movements that stress multiple muscle groups at once.
