A gym-goer has shared her secret to growing her noticeable hamstrings.

The fitness fanatic said it’s her time-tested practice that has made her a “hammie mommy.”

Monette Claire (@monetteclairefit) revealed in a TikTok post while stretching at the gym.

In the Video She wore shorts to show off the fruits of her labor.

As she posed in front of the camera, her well defined hamstrings were clearly visible.

“POV: You want to be a hammie mommy but don’t have time to work out,” read the on-screen caption.

She showed four key exercises that she used to train her figure.

“Reverse hack squats/good morning,” she said.

She completed the exercise in three sets of 10 to 12 reps each and one set of “heavy as f**k” of eight to 10 reps.

The brunette beauty also completed Romanian deadlifts in three sets of eight to ten reps each.

Next, the gymnast showed how she performed leg exercises in three sets of 10 to 12 repetitions each.

She finished the leg curls with a final set of “as many reps as possible.”

Finally, she finished with three sets of hyperextensions of 10 to 12 reps each.

She shared one of her favorite aspects of her routine – the convenience.

“Four exercises in an hour?” she added in the caption. “Yes, please.”

The video comes as part of a social media trend with women showing that strength training isn’t just for boys.
