I’m a gym girl with naturally small boobs – people warned me not to train my chest but I gained two cup sizes in a year

One gym girl learned from personal experience that gains and muscle progression can vary from person to person.

Luckily, a method that didn’t work for other people worked wonders for her.

Graduation (@abi.lifts) shared her progress story in a video shared with over 90,000 TikTok followers.

When she first started working out, the influencer was told not to train her chest.

“Everyone and their grandma told me, ‘Don’t train your chest or you’ll lose your boobs,'” she joked.

“But I have a big brain, I was like, don’t be silly, I’ve got nothing to lose.”

Instead, the gymnast trained her chest twice a week for a little less than a year.

Before starting the workout, she pulled up a photo of herself to prove she had “nothing to lose.”

Next, she shared a photo of herself in a sports bra after making huge strides with her chest in less than a year.

“If anyone says don’t train your chest or you’ll lose your boobs, they’ll sprint back to your downfall,” she said.
