I’m a mom of three – people said I wouldn’t get my body back after kids, now they call me the ‘MILF mentor’

AFTER having three kids, a fitness-focused mom heard a lot of unwanted feedback about her body.
Critics said she’d never go back to “normal,” and she didn’t — she looks better than ever.

Just a year after giving birth to her youngest child, Kaylee Earley (@milfmentor) shared an update on her fitness progress.
The mom of three shares her workouts online so other moms can see her routine.
Now people call her the “milf mentor” and use the slang for an attractive mother as she has inspired many dramatic transformations.
In a video, Earley shared evidence of her hard work and subsequent transformation.

Earley stood in front of the camera in “Before” and wrote a comment that she often heard in the video’s caption.
“You’re not going to get your body back after you have a baby,” she recalled people insisting.
Dressed in a thong and cropped tank top, Earley showed off her entire postpartum body.
Then, with a little video editing, an update was created a year later.
Standing in the same room, Earley’s stomach was flatter, her glutes were lifted and her whole body looked toned.
Commenters were amazed at the change, telling Earley she had earned the title of “milf mentor”.

“What a Flex. I needed that inspiration,” said one mother.
“So proud of you,” wrote another. “I’m so motivated but feel so lost as to where to start.”
“You’re a lot better looking than me and I’ve never had children,” confessed a third woman.
One mum said she “gasped” when she saw Earley’s transformation, despite having seen similar videos.
“I look exactly like your ‘before’ picture,” she explained. The mother said she would use Earley’s tips to reach her fitness goals.
A mom complimented Earley’s body, then spoke openly about her own fitness journey.
“I’m working on it right now. Mind has played a few games but we’re working on it,” she wrote.
Earley responded with compassion for her co-parent.
“These mind games can be tough, I totally understand that,” she wrote. “Just be consistent, babe!”

Viewers lifted one another in the comments section and were gentle with each other even as they aspired to Earley’s looks.
“Yeah, we’re not getting our old bodies back,” argued one TikTok user. “But with our new ones we can do anything.”
