I’m a mum-of-five & I only buy food once every six months for my family – it costs thousands but it’s much easier

Grocery shopping for a large family can be extremely time consuming.
Making sure you’re eating all the right foods while keeping the bill down can sometimes take quite a bit of brain power.

Tabitha, a mother of five, has unveiled her giant supermarket store that will support her family for six months.
tabitha, The Michigan resident prefers to only do their grocery shopping once or twice a year, building up enough food supplies to feed their family for months.
But it costs them around £2,762 upfront.
speaking in a current youtube In the video, she explained: “We’re a family of seven and have five children and that’s exactly what works for us. Not everyone wants to do that big loot all at once, but that’s just how we like to do it.”
“We hope that this will last about four to six months.”
And judging by the massive quantities she and her husband have bought, Tabitha will have no problem stocking up.
Her nearly £3,000 haul included six huge jars of olive oil, a year’s worth of rice, 20 sticks of butter and 10 dozen eggs.
Tabitha also stocked up on 22 packets of pasta, 95 bags of chips, 24 chicken breasts and enough ground beef to cook at least 15 meals for the family of seven.
And all that food requires some tidying up.
Tabitha says, “This Costco transportation is like an all-day event. We went straight away when they opened at 10am. Now it’s 4pm and we’re still walking.
“By the time I’ve finished putting things away, it will probably be night.”
The family has storage space in the basement, but has so much food that they are often forced to store items in the hallway and even in the bathroom.
Tabitha added, “We are so grateful to be able to buy this food for our whole family and feed them for months.” It’s really worth it, even if it takes all day.
“This grocery shopping will last my family of seven for so long that we rarely eat out, so this is just what we needed.”
