A mother who claims to have the world’s largest breasts has had her 53rd cosmetic surgery.

Sabrina had her first breast augmentation at the age of 25 and has gone from an A cup to a PPP.
Fans donated £7,780 to a crowdfunder last summer to help her enlarge her breasts again.
The bum surgery is said to thank them for their generosity and she will swap out her current 0.66lb implants for a 1.43lb boost in each buttock.
“I want the biggest fake butt in the world and I’m about to start the procedure,” said the Argentine, who is a mother of two daughters.
Sabrina – real name Lorena Fabiana Colotta – almost died when a botched soil implants op left her with a rotting behind.
Despite this mishap and Facial paralysis from too much botox and lip fillers early last year, she plans to continue having surgery.
Each of her huge breasts weighs 15 pounds, making her an online hit and allowing her to grace the cover of Playboy multiple times.
She’s earned a title – World’s Biggest Breasts – putting her alongside the likes Sheyla Hershey And Chelsea charms.
“I’m definitely going to need service and will continue to go under the knife and experiment with new processes,” she has said in the past.
“My looks attract a lot of attention – both positive and negative – but when people talk it’s a good thing, at least you get their attention.”
A long list of headline-grabbing stunts has helped her garner nearly a million Instagram followers.
She previously raised eyebrows by requesting a “cat eye” lift during her September 2020 appearance on US reality TV series Botched.
Famed surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow eventually refused her the surgery, telling her that if she went through with it, she would not be able to fully close her eyes.
In 2019, Sabrina got her face tattooed with occult symbols.
She said at the time she asked a tattoo artist to inked “satanic symbols like stars, the moon and a black widow.”
“I plan to get more tattoos on my face and neck, I want to cover my whole body,” added Sabrina.
Earlier that year, Sabrina formed her own cult called “Sabrok Legion”.
The bizarre cult offered devotees the opportunity to make pacts with the devil and Our Lady of the Holy Death, as well as learn how to cast love spells and speak to the dead.
She also claims to be able to talk to Satan himself and “everything I do because I made a pact with him”.
