She documented her fitness journey throughout pregnancy from start to finish.
D’Angelo shared the progress of her tricep dips, a workout that involves lifting body weight with the triceps.


First, she showed how she did the exercise before pregnancy.
The gym babe also showed up working out at 15 weeks.
At 25 weeks, D’Angelo clearly had no trouble perfecting her tricep dips.
Finally, she revealed that she was doing the bodyweight exercises at 39 weeks with no problem.
“I love this journey and what our bodies are capable of,” she added in the caption.
The stunning transformation proved that pregnant women can not only go to the gym, but also improve themselves.
