Often dubbed the “real-life Elle Woods,” she lives up to her name by punching those who poke fun at her glamorous sense of style.

Kathleen Martinez (@attorneymartinez) is a Texas-based immigration attorney.

She took to TikTok to share her day in life as well as comebacks against those who criticize her glamorous fashion choices.

“Day in the life of a lawyer,” she captioned the video. “Elle Woods version.”

Martinez started the day with a cup of coffee and got ready.

She chose a striking blue pantsuit for the virtual court day, pairing the look with a pink handbag and pink heels.

“I’m going to pair it with pink Valentino,” she said. “Because of course I can’t have enough pink with my outfit.

“Nothing says ‘I’m going to win’ quite like being smart and beautiful,” she added.

“I love it,” she added. “And I obviously feel it because I won.”

After court, the attorney met with some clients in her office, who showered her with pink gifts, including roses and desserts.

Viewers of the everyday video shared their thoughts on Martinez’s look and way of working.

“NOW I WANT TO BUY A BLUE SUIT AND PINK HEELS,” one wrote.

“Do it,” Martinez replied.

“I work in tech but will find a reason to wear a blue suit with pink pumps now,” added another.

“I’m your reason,” Martinez replied.
