He then went into the kitchen, which has quartz countertops and mudrooms in the front and back.

As he showed off the renovated four-bedroom, three-bathroom space, he placed a caption on the screen that read, “Where are the stairs to the basement?”

Instead, he went upstairs and showed off some bathrooms and living facilities.

As he continued upstairs, he introduced a few fun touches like balconies right off the bedrooms.

At the end of the video, he went back downstairs and revealed that the path to the basement was hidden in the kitchen.

There is a secret entrance under the white worktop.

All you have to do is pull slightly on the side and a white, curved staircase opens.

Many people were intrigued by the surprising twist at the end of the video.

“I love the hiding place in the basement. I didn’t expect that at all,” commented one viewer.

“Every room is so unique. Crazy way to get to the basement,” chimed in another.

“Bro was serious: Don’t judge a book by its cover,” one TikTok user wrote.
