I’m a six-time Mr Olympia champion – people say I’m unrecognizable after ‘getting smaller’ but I still feel jacked at 60

THIS six-time Mr. Olympia champion looks unrecognizable after quitting the heavy lifting, but he says it’s “okay” to go smaller.
Dorian Yates is a 60-year-old ex-bodybuilder who has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years.

In one of his Instagram posts, someone commented, “Have you ever hated the thought of making Dorian smaller or didn’t it bother you too much?”
However, Dorian didn’t seem to mind losing some of his muscle, saying, “It’s okay if your goals change,” in the post’s caption.
“It’s actually important that they do it,” he added.
In the post, Dorian posed with two jacked up beach babes.

Dorian wasn’t that bad looking himself, still had a six pack.
“When my bodybuilding career ended I continued to train pretty hard and heavy, but over the years I questioned what I really needed and what I could improve on,” he said in the Post.
“So I shifted more to working on my mobility, my cardio, my breathing, my mental, spiritual health and fitness.
“When I lift weights these days, I use a moderate weight just to maintain muscle and strength.”

He told his followers to “ask yourself what you need, and you should work on it, rather than getting comfy.”
Dorian added the proverb, “A tree that bends weathers the storm.”
Another well-aged bodybuilder, Robby Robinson, agreed with Dorian, saying, “That’s for sure.”
Urs Kalecinski, a bodybuilder who is only 24 years old, called Dorian an “inspiration”.
While Dorian is content to take it easy, 79-year-old fitness enthusiast Iris Davis has broken a world record for a pull-up by someone her age.
She began competing in bodybuilding later in life at the age of 50 and has been unstoppable ever since.
