She aims to inspire her 142,000 followers to “love and accept their bodies”.

And she criticizes the things women are constantly faced with in order to hate so-called imperfections.

In a recent Instagram post, she said: “Every body has beauty.

“Chances are that you find it difficult to see it in yourself.

I used to be insecure about my sagging breasts and stretch marks - now I love them

“Beauty in (not despite): excess fat, flabby spots, lines, scars, spots, psoriasis, double chin, redness, bruises, etc.

“We’ve just been conditioned to hate them.

“Talk to your body as if it were someone you love, kindness is the key, honey.”

Poppy posted bare-faced photos in satin pajamas to show off the psoriasis scars on her legs.

She also gave her followers a radiant smile as she posed in a bright pink Topshop bikini, sharing photos taken from multiple angles.

She added: “Always try to accept and appreciate all that I have in every way.

“Look at yourself in the mirror today and tell yourself you are beautiful.”

And her army of social media fans have welcomed her raw and honest posts.

One person exclaimed: “You are an amazingly beautiful woman, love your confidence.”

A second admitted: “Sitting here at almost 25 and thinking ‘when I grow up I want to love my body like Poppy loves hers’.”

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “You are a gorgeous person, inside and out!

“I need to tell myself this more often but somehow it’s always harder than telling other people.”

She added: “Put your hands out. Don’t be miserable in a sweater. I’m talking to you.”
