She boiled her method down to four simple exercises that she believes anyone can do at home.

In her postShe wanted to use her platform to share the secret of her super toned and honed abs.


“These ab workouts helped me transform my abs,” she teased, sharing a before photo.
In it, Allegra sat on the edge of a boat in a strapless bikini and black briefs.
Many would have aimed for their “earlier” abs incarnation, but not Allegra.
She believed that she could do better and decided to do so by showing off a picture of her abs which she was very proud of.
“On it,” she said, presenting a new version, a vision in a royal blue bikini and a set of abs looking defined and strong.
Their methods were limited to four crucial steps. “Save that for a strong core,” she promised.
Wearing a fuchsia sports outfit, she explained the process to viewers. Each movement had to be repeated three times with 15 moves each.
These were: “Plank taps; alternating toe touches; modified push-up; Downdog to plank and opposite touch.
At least for this gym queen, it looked easy.
